Arugula is a fast growing microgreen with dark green stems and leaves. It’s a favorite and generally considered a staple of the spicier side of microgreens and baby salad greens. The peppery taste gets less intense as it grows bigger. Available as a micro or a baby green.
Try in salads, pizza, soups, pasta, eggs, sandwiches, grains, roasted vegetables, and pesto.
Nutrients: Vitamins A and C, Calcium, Iron, and Phosphorus
Spicy, nutty flavor.
