Red Rambo Radish
Mildly spicy, eye catching dark-purple stems and leaves. Improved dark-purple variety with a very rich color and a lower percentage of green plants. Flavor is fresh, daikon radish-esque taste with a bit of bite just at the end that balances out the richness of dishes. Micro radish leaves add flavor, visual appeal, and bulk to mixes. Used to contrast cream soups and other light colored dishes. Adds crunch to every dish in which it is placed.
