Edible Flowers

Pansy and Violas Edible pansies have a mild, semi-sweet, wintergreen flavor. Pansy and Viola in a wide variety of colors, pansy blossoms are larger flat, perfect for use as a garnish whole, as individual petals, or candied. Viola are smaller.

Borage is blue and star shaped. The flavor is of light cucumber

Calendula is yellow  with brown centers. May be broken apart for a ssplash of light in salads or on food.

Availability: Blooms are sold as mixed-color blends that vary with availability.  Pansy colors may be in the conventional blend include white, red, yellow, blue, purple, and other variations.
